Sherry Watts, RCC and MBA, is the founder and principal of The Watts Connection. She is passionate about how we treat people, especially the day to day interactions that leave us feeling bruised and battered, whether in our professional or personal lives.  This applies to how we treat others AND how we treat ourselves.

A lifetime of observing and studying how people interact provided the basis for her system. She tested her principles as a negotiator for a major international corporation, where she had the opportunity to work on agreements at both the national and international levels. Since leaving her career in corporate America, she has continued to fine-tune her system while working as a coach, speaker, consultant and mediator.

Sherry is a member of the International Coach Federation, Cleveland Coach Federation and Toastmasters International where she achieved her Distinguished Toastmaster designation.  She earned her Registered Corporate Coach disgnation from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.

A firm believer in giving back, Sherry has volunteered with Hospice of the Western Reserve for over ten years, volunteered with survivors of rape and domestic violence, and served on several nonprofit boards.

Most recently, she is a member of the North East Ohio Coalition Against Human Trafficking.
