The Watts Connection is committed to helping end the exploitation of humans, both the mild forms and the extreme.  To that end, we help people learn how to make a positive and powerful impact in both their personal and business lives while decreasing the potential for negative consequences on others.  Components of our program focus on bringing out the best in people while minimizing the misunderstandings, tensions and conflicts that so often result in our day-to-day interactions.

Sherry Watts, M.B.A., is the founder and principal of The Watts Connection. A lifetime of observing and studying how people interact provided the basis for her program. She tested her principles as a negotiator for a major international corporation, where she had the opportunity to work on agreements at both the national and international levels. Since leaving her career in Corporate America, she has continued to fine-tune her system working as a coach, speaker, consultant and mediator.

Sherry is a member of the International Coach Federation, (an affiliate member of) the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches where she earned her Registered Corporate Coach designation, the Cleveland Coach Federation and Toastmasters International where she achieved her Distinguished Toastmaster designation.  A firm believer in giving back, Sherry has volunteered with Hospice of the Western Reserve for over ten years, volunteered with survivors of rape and domestic violence and served on several boards.
