Coaching is a powerful resource for people who want to enhance the quality of their lives and improve their performance.

As a coach, we partner with you to build on what is already working well for you, find solutions for those things that are not working so well, and draw from your own innate creativity and resourcefulness. We listen, observe, challenge you, provide an objective perspective, and elicit solutions and strategies from you. We hold you accountable. We respect your choices and support you in implementing them. You are responsible for your own decisions and results.

Coaching is a process that inspires you to maximize your professional and personal potential.

Coaching takes place in an environment that is respectful, safe and confidential.

Coaching is not the same as psychological counseling or any type of psychotherapy.

We offer coaching for anyone who wants to perform at their best, whether at work or in everyday life. When we perform at our best, we reduce stress, misunderstandings and conflict; increase enjoyment; and enhance productivity. Getting to that place can at times be daunting without someone to encourage us and hold us accountable in a non-judgmental and constructive manner. We provide that encouragement and accountability so you can gain confidence, enhance your skills, overcome blocks and be a positive influence. You are always in charge of what it is you want to do.

Who might benefit from coaching? There are many reasons people enter into coaching, including:

  1. feeling stuck,
  2. struggling with major changes in their lives,
  3. wanting to prepare to take their work or life to the next level,
  4. being unsatisfied with the impression they make on others, such as people not listening to them or taking them seriously,
